AUDITONS
DATES & VENUE

JUNIOR CHORUS auditions will be held on Friday, 1st July 2011 (7:30pm until 10:00 latest).
VENUE: Maldon Town Hall, Market Hill, Maldon, Essex. CM9 4R.
OPEN AUDITIONS: Anybody can audition. No applications necessary. Just turn up on the night with suitable attire for some dancing. Don't forget to sign in.

However, feel free to contact the Director and/or Secretary with your intentions or if you have any questions.
Junior Chorus audition will consist of learning a simple dance routine on the night and we will be singing a song. Song sheets will be available if needed, just be prepared for music and movement.
We will audition all the Chorus all together as a group rather than individually.

There will be only one chorus again this year. The final size has yet to be decided but it will be approximately the same as last year and it may be the case that some of you are unsuccessful in your audition. Please don't be too disappointed and try again next year.

Results of Auditions will not be given on the night. You will be contacted shortly after Auditions if you are successful or not for a Chorus position. Please ensure we have your latest contact details.

PRINCIPALS auditions will be held on Friday 15th and Tuesday 19th July 2011 (7:30pm until 10:00).
VENUE: Maldon Town Hall, Market Hill, Maldon, Essex. CM9 4R.
OPEN AUDITIONS: For anyone interested in a principal or minor part. You need to pre-book.

No age limits, but realistically, Principal parts are more suitable for adults or senior teens as they will involve learning lines, solo performances and maybe solo singing. Minor parts may suit some younger teens.
